This is the Chuff 'o' meter - a joint creation by myself and Peter Hosking. I cant take any credit for the fine build quality of the Chuff 'o' meter that is all Petes own work. I believe its existence is the result of many a drunk night in Plymouth and a great trip to France. I will invite Pete to comment on this post to clear up any questions you may have....for now enjoy.
